Nadaka Nature Park Opens

The two-acre Nelson property was purchased through grants from Metro and the East Multnomah Soil and Water Conservation District and a donation from the T.A. Nelson Family Trust.

Seventeen groups collaborated in designing and building the neighborhood park between 2011-2014. Now the 12-acre Nadaka Nature Park and Garden includes a nature-based play area, community garden, restroom, picnic shelter, walking loop, and more.
